It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Tallman of Chidester, Arkansas, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Tallman and Mable Tallman; and his brothers, Bob, Austin, Jim and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Joann of Chidester, AR; his children, Tina Leonard Nicolay of Milan, MO and Gary Tallman of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Sarah Tallman and Zackery Tallman; his brother Jerry (Maureen Tallman) of Canton, MO; and his sister-in-law Marla Tallman of Jinks, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
