She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Driver and Ona Mae Thompson Driver; her husband Carl Ponder; her siblings, Billy Ray Driver, Hazel Cooper, Skeet Shelton, Jean Ponder and Lilley Stanley; her children, Annette Hodges and Carl Vester Ponder; her son-in-law Tommy Barnhart; and her granddaughter Carla Strachan.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Ponder of Doyline, LA, Sandy Barnhart of Chidester, AR and Sue Humphries (George) of Camden, AR; and her sisters, Mable Ponder (W. B.) of Chidester, AR and Carolyn Ponder (Omett) of Chidester, AR. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
