Woodall Jr. of Chidester, Arkansas, born in Shelbyville, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Woodall and Opal Woodall (Forcum); and his parents-in-law, Cecil and Edna Potts. He is survived by: his wife Dollie Riblet (Potts); his children, David Riblet (Carrie) of El Reno, OK, Darci Merritt (Ben) of Waurika, OK, Vanessa Cloe (Ryan) of Bloomington, IN and Frank Woodall, III of Effingham, IL; his grandchildren, Cody, Shawn Riblet, Kayleigh, Loralei Merritt, Ashlyn, Carsyn Cloe and Keagan Woodall; his great grandchild Ryan Riblet; his sister Susie Holland (Brick) of Shelbyville, IL; and his brothers-in-law, Eldridge Potts, Elvis Potts and Doug Potts (Beverly).
