With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth David Duggin of Chester, Arkansas, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Duggin and Bernice Duggin (Tester); and his brothers, Boyd Tester, Robert Duggin and Lester Duggin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Duggin of Chester, Jerry Duggin (Wanda) of Winslow, Richard Duggin of Chester and Buddy Duggin (Lisa) of Chester. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chester Freewill Baptist Church (308 Chester St, Chester, AR 72934).
