It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Steven Loyd of Chester, Arkansas, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Loyd and Billie Loyd (Crow); and his grandson Andrew Glen Loyd. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Loyd; his son Jeremy Ray Loyd of Pittsburg, TX; his granddaughter Joni Lynn Loyd of Tyler, TX; and his siblings, Christy Castle of Alma, Bonnie Jacinto of Fort Smith, Dianna Nelson of Alma and Tom Patrick of Chester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many special friends.
