He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Lockley and Leslie N. Lockley; his son Chris Moody; his brother Johnny Lockley; and his grandson Adam Paul Lockley.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Lockley (Cynthia) of Cherry Valley, Allen Moody (Ashley) of Marion, Kim Stevenson of Cherry Valley, Kelsiey Lockley of Cherry Valley and Autumn Lockley of Cherry Valley; and his siblings, Cecil Lockley, Lonnie Lockley, Chris Lockley, Charlotte Gage, Barbara Williams, Dorothy Crossman and Peggy Lockley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
