He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kendall and Elsie Kendall; his wife Mary Lee Kendall; and his siblings, Melvin Kendall, James Kendall, Billy Kendall, Don Kendall, Alice Gay, Maxine Stewart, Anise Wiley and Charline Sanders.

He is survived by: his granddaughters, Marilyn, Judy and Sharon; his children, David Kendall (Tami) of Union City, Indiana, Marilyn Rogers (Freddie) of Payneway, Judy Barber (Loyd) of Ash Flat and Sharon Gerber (Doug) of Cherry Valley, Arkansas; and his sisters-in-law, Pauline Keck of Sulfur Rock and Cheryl Finlay of Cherry Valley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grand-children and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
