He was predeceased by: his father Wade Thomas; and his grandparents, Henry Earnest, Effie Ellen Head (Waters), Henry Daniel and Clarky Anne Smith (Parret).
He is survived by: his mother Frances Marie Head (Smith) of Cherry Valley; his son Jaxon Wade Head of Wynne; his sister Tammy Vest (Patrick) of Jefferson City, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Carley and Conner Vest of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
