She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Daniel and Clarky Ann Smith (Parret); her husband Wade Head; her son Jeremy Wade Head; and her siblings, Douglas, Daniel, Hershel Smith, Lucille Taylor, Bonnie Brewer, Louise Crawford and Wanda Hinson.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Vest (Patrick) of Jefferson City, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Jaxon Wade Head of Wynne, Carley and Conner Vest of Jefferson City, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
