It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derl Futrell (Cherry Valley, Arkansas), born in Vanndale, Arkansas, who passed away on October 24, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton D. Futrell and Lena Futrell (Poindexter); and his siblings, Elmer Layne Futrell, Delmer Duane Futrell, Martha Jane Gillispy, Nannie Sue Lawrence and Sylvia Dawn Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Futrell; his children, Derl Myron Futrell (Sandra) of Cherry Valley and Karen Venita McClintock (Duane) of Cherry Valley; his sister Joyce Wyatt of Rochelle, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Brody Kyle Wilson (Danielle), Matthew Jared Wilson, Sam Futrell and Sarah Futrell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
