She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Pitts and Bessie Pitts (Foust); and her siblings, Hansel, Jim, Dallas, Larry Pitts, Ruth Pruitt and Fonza Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Totty (Charlotte) of Cherry Valley, Mark Melton (Holly) of Cherry Valley, Terry Melton (Shirley) of Cherry Valley, Gail Edwards (Wade) of Birdeye, Connie Hubbard (Mike) of Waxahachie, Paula Reed of Wynne and Kathy Alvis (Dennis) of Birdeye; and her sisters, Ruby Smith of Chattanooga and Dyanne Foust of Forrest City. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
