He was predeceased by: his parents, William Price Mosley and Exie Wallace Mosley; his wives, Susie Brand and Diane Mosley; his sons, Billie Mosley, Jr. and Jamie Mosley; and his siblings, James, Wallace Mosley, Earline Mosley, Pat Dempsey and Joyce Ann Mosley.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Mosley of Cherry Valley, Hope Bell (Wendell) of Harrisburg, Monica Farmer (Gary) of Colt and Kathy Smith (Wade) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
