He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Ed and Edith Marie Gallup Stowe; his brothers, Robert and Bill; his son Wesley L. Stowe; his son-in-law George Hays; and his granddaughter Stephanie Joy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Casteel Stowe; his daughter Cindy Hays; his sister Cathy; his grandchildren, Elias, Wesley, Kurtis and Tricia (Christian); and his great grandchildren, Alina and Nova. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church (32 Liberty Hill Rd, Highland, AR 72542).
