He is survived by: his wife Delora Huff Garner; his daughter Lisa Garner of Jacksonville, AR; his grandson Braden Newman of Jacksonville, AR; and his half-brother Bobby Gene Williams of Ash Flat, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
