We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, at the age of 76, Rosa Lee Ball of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, born in Moberly, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Decker and Frances Alger Decker; and her siblings, Leland Decker and Goldie Decker. She is survived by: her husband Vance Ball Sr.; her children, Sheila Johnson (Billy) of Warm Springs, Misty Jolly (Marvin) of Marmaduke and Vance Ball (Brittney) of Paragould; her grandchildren, Brook, Ryan, Curtis, Megan, Shantell, Michaela, Joshua, Jacob, Houston, Hailey, Tanner, Ethan and Samuel; and her sister Minnie Decker of Maryville, MO. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
