He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Powell Brown and Robert C. Brown, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy E. Brown of Cherokee Village, AR.; his siblings, Guy (Charlene) of Vernon Rockville, CT, Donald of Norwich, CT, Patsy Roberts of Pell City, AL, Jean Courter (Bob) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Isabella Kinney of Norwich, CT.; his son-in-law Brad Ringhausen; his nephews, Greg Jacobik (Cody Clarke) and Jeffrey Dyal; and his brother-in-law Mike Ballow.
