He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Harris and Dorthy Harris (Vance); his brothers, Frank and Jack; and his son David.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Richard (Rebecca) of Addison, Illinois and Robyn Pawelko (Thomas) of Lemont, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kelli, Alexander, Sarah, Aimee and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Ella and Thomas; and his siblings, Robert (Nancy), Jean Schultz and Nita Salva. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
