He was predeceased by: his wife Laverne McDermott Ginn; his stepdaughter Donna Babb; his parents, Thomas Jefferson Brown and Cora Lee Garven Brown; and his siblings, Opal Lozel, Cora Nadine, Ernest Delbert, Thomas Doyle and Arnold Lee.
He is survived by: his son James Brown (Vicki); his stepdaughter Phyllis Ott (Richard); and his grandchildren, Brittany Brown, Jessica Thomas (Jake), Brad Johnson (Mara), JoEllen Johnson, Amy Tofa and Matthew Huffstatler. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Memory Gardens (14712 E Twombly Rd, Rochelle, IL 61068).
His commitment, hard work, and integrity were admired by his colleagues, and he made lasting contributions to the company until his well-deserved retirement in 1990.
