She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Ragsdale and Georgia Ragsdale (Fink); her former husband Tom Stark; her husband Jack Phelps; and her brother Jack Ragsdale.
She is survived by: her son Tommy Stark (Tonya) of Norman, Oklahoma; her brother Bob Ragsdale (Jane) of Mammoth Spring; and her niece Kim Wallis (Paul) of Jonesboro, Arkansas. She is also survived by other relatives and good friends.
