He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Lloyd Kingsbury and Doris Kingsbury; and his stepsister Anita Dickson. He is survived by: his sons, Adam Kingsbury (Danielle) and Aaron Kingsbury (Kayla Allen); and his brother Jim Kingsbury. He is also survived by 8 grandkids.
