He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Paula Gonzales (Mike) of Trumann, Kelley Jewell (Mitchell) of Lepanto, Sam Story Jr. (Julia Woods) of Lepanto and Jerry Story (Shirley) of Lake City, Arkansas; and his caregiver Julie Seward Rikard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and many good friends.
