He is survived by: his wife Lena Childress Skinner; his daughters, Sherry Skinner Smith (Chris) of Sidney and Terrie Skinner Noletti (Vince) of Fresno, California; his siblings, Danny Skinner of Oklahoma, Eddie Dean Skinner of Oklahoma and Patsy Skinner of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Erica Smith of Germantown, Tori Tate (Andy) of Melbourne, Erin Jennings (Josh) of Melbourne, Regan Miller (Jeremy) of Cherokee Village, Corie Durham (Shawn) of Jesup, Elizabeth Smith of Sidney, Jennifer Friesen (Kevin) of Albquerque, Devon Boyce (Chris) of Hanford and Jonathan Yale (Monique) of Fresno, California. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
