He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Lee and Myrtle Lee (Ramsey); and his son Rodney Lee. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Handy (Carr); his children, Thomas William Handy (Angie) and Kim Handy Cossey (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jacob Handy (Beth), Sarah Williams (Beau) and Justin Handy; his great grandchild Levi Handy; and his sister Wanda Thacker of Gadsden.
