Hooker; her children, Barbara Tate (John), David L. Hooker (Mary Ann) and Stephen Hooker; and her brothers, Tommy, Billy and Jerald Lee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
