She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Roy and Altha Todd Estes; and her sister Eloise Wall (Glen) of Mt. Vernon, IL.. She is survived by: her husband Raymond D Lewis of Flora, IL; her children, Donald E Lewis of Mt Vernon, Ernest "Ernie" R Lewis (Laura) of Calverton and Brenda D Lewis of Minneapolis, MN; her siblings, Eugene Estes (Retta) and Mona L Rybacki (Clem) of Las Vegas, NV; and her sister-in-law Roberta Watkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, good friends and special feline friend.
