He is survived by: his mother Donna Mae McKenzie; his wife Wilma McKenzie; his children, Joshua David McKenzie (Erica) of Cape Coral, Florida, Michelle Tellez of Grayslake and Jamie Schiavone of McHenry, Illinois; his siblings, Jeffrey McKenzie (Leca) of Sidney, Brenda Peck (Don) of Chatham, Cheryl Ramsey of Lyon and Gwen Fitzgerald (James) of Beebe; and his grandchildren, Kyle Tellez, Katelyn Tellez, Kalin Tellez, Jakub Baranski and Max Schiavone. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
