He is survived by: his children, Barbara (Paul Kish) of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas and Tom (Beth Krouse) of Chillicothe, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kristen Eason of Murfreesboro, Michael Kish of Taiwan, Mikayla Kish of Horseshoe Bend and Karrie Fansler of Vancouver, Washington; his great grandchildren, Claryssa, Cameran Eason, Addison and Emerson Fansler; and his great great grandchild Ryder Wall. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
