He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest, Sr. West and Janice West (Bayer); his son Todd Martin West; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Armstrong (Benny), Anita Mason (Roy) and Ruth Schierholz (Fred).
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice "Penny" West of Cherokee Village; his sons, Timothy West (Charlotte) of Salesville and Corey Joe West (Jasimine) of Flippin, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Dylan Joseph West, Ethan Thomas West, Madelyn Sue West, Kayden Elizabeth Marie West, Alexander Cole McDaniel, Adelynn Nicole Cartwright, Shaun Austin McDaniel and Paisley Josephine West; his sisters, Connie Campbell (Butch) of North Carolina and Carol Aker (Jerry) of Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Crosiar (Dave) of Arkansas, Rose Barth of Tennessee, Kathy Sibert (Ray) of Florida, Alice Green (Marlin) of Illinois and Becky Farrell of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
