He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Anna Olean Nicolai (Johnson). He is survived by: his sister Patricia Nicolai of Cherokee Village; his nephew Ryan Honnet (Christiana) of San Diego, CA; and his great-nephew Logan Honnet. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
