He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Weaver and Elsie Wood Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gawf Weaver; his sons, Jeff Weaver (Danyell) of Charlotte, Kevin Weaver of Charlotte and Jeremy Weaver (Andrea) of Batesville; his siblings, Donald Weaver (Janavee) of Odessa, Bob Weaver (Shirley) of Charlotte, Rick Weaver (Lora) of Batesville and Shirley Weaver of Batesville; his grandchildren, Ethan Weaver (Haley), Beth Weaver, Josh Weaver, Madison Kirkland (Layne), Hudson Weaver and Hadley Weaver; and his great grandchild Liam Kirkland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
