He is survived by: his siblings, Ben Lewis (Dude), Jimmy Lewis (Milli), Mickey Lewis (Sue), Dennis Lewis (Marsha) and Maxine Fuller (Billy); and his sister-in-law Mary Butler. He is also survived by fifteen nephews, nine nieces, 17 great-nephews and 16 great-nieces.
