He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Weaver and Elsie Wood Weaver; and his brother Jerry Wayne Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Yates Weaver; his children, Peyton Weaver (Karen) of Charlotte and Sherry Weaver (Lisa Goodwin) of Beverly, Massachusetts; his siblings, Donald Weaver (Janavee) of Missouri, Rick Weaver (Lora) of Charlotte and Shirley Weaver of Charlotte; and his grandson Parker Goodwin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
