She is survived by: her children, Vickie Keeton (Roy) of Russellville and Glenn Spicer II of Subiaco; her sister-in-law Royzell Smith (Bill) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Charlie Ford, Amber Ford West and Katie Spicer; and her great grandchildren, Cason West, Blake West, Luke Ford, Denver Bocksnick, Holden Ford, Patrick Ford and Owen Ford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
