He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndel Fox and Vassie Fox; his former wife Arrona; his sister Betty Lou Fox; and his brother-in-law Lyndal "Pete" Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Fox (Greb); his sons, Jeremy Allen Fox (Cindy) of Alvord and Cody Allen Fox (Megan) of Charleston; his stepsons, Stephen (Stacy Greb) of Ratcliff and Brian Greb of Ratcliff; his siblings, Linda Mae Hall of Ozark, Sue Johnson (David) of Paris and Terry A. Fox (Beverly) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Macy, Easton, Cam, Casey Fox, Andrew, Bobby Fox, Landon Greb, Ronnie, Sammie Greb and Jordon Cleveland; and his great grandchild Beckhym Cleveland.
