He was predeceased by: his stepfather Garman King; and his sister Norma King. He is survived by: his wife Billie June Floyd Booker; his children, Melanie Deman, Ashley Essman, Amy Hunter, Kaitlyn Floyd and Daithan Booker; and his brother James King. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
