She was predeceased by: her father Harry Francis Herbert. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Herbert (Klausch) of Fort Smith; her son Matt Herbert of Charleston; and her siblings, Harry Herbert Jr. of Ohio, Peggy White of Charleston, Tina Blankenship of North Carolina and Shari Chapman of North Carolina.
