He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lindell and Hilda Rhea Hill (Kuykendall). He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. Randy Hill (Cathy) of Springfield, Bruce Hill of Bryant and Brent Hill (Cathy) of Frisco, Texas; and his pet Toby Hill. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews and two great-nieces.
