It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ima Stubblefield of Charleston, Arkansas, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Posey and Zelma Posey (Robertson); her husband Herman Stubblefield; her children, Myrlene Stubblefield and Jimmy Stubblefield; her daughters-in-law, Missy Stubblefield and Kay Stubblefield; her brothers, James Posey, Burl Posey and Carl Posey; and her great grandchild Logan Heintschel.

She is survived by: her sons, Alton Stubblefield (Teresa) of Charleston, Terry Stubblefield of Charleston and Alan Stubblefield of Paris; her sister Wanda Burton of Charleston; her grandchildren, Becky Langford, Michael Stubblefield, Tamara Chastain, Daniel Stubblefield, Austin Stubblefield and Cassie Pruitt; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Bench, Ayden Chastain, Aric Chastain, Asher Chastain, Olivia Stubblefield, Olivia R. Stubblefield, Adrian Stubblefield, Alayna Goldsmith, Myla Goldsmith, Landyn Stubblefield and Dani Jo Pruitt.
