He is survived by: his siblings, Winford Nickell and Melvina Sumpter (Nickell); his wife Barbara Nickell (Stafford); his children, Betty Goodsell (Scott) of Springdale and Willis Nickell (Venus) of Lavaca; his grandchildren, Sarah, Rebekah, Ryan O'Neal, Ryann Goodsell, Sierra, Phillip Clark, Tory, Evan Jones and Scott Covert; and his great grandchildren, Kenlynn and Reagan Clark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
