He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Slusher and Margarite Slusher (Kennedy). He is survived by: his children, Brad Slusher of Charleston, Sherrie Blair of Fort Smith and Teresa Slusher of Spokane, Washington; his stepchildren, Dale Conley of Fort Smith and Cheryl Williams of Pocola, Oklahoma; his siblings, Keith of Arizona, Gary of Arizona, Ronnie Slusher of Arizona, Mark Slusher and Mary Lou of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Quenna, Airic and Reo. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
