He is survived by: his children, Glenda Cook of Charleston and Kenneth Lee of Charleston; his brother Robert Lee (Elsie) of Florida; his daughter-in-law Sylvia Lee of Homestead, Florida; his grandchildren, Dale Cook, Christopher Cook, Shannon Lee, Maegan Lee and Shawn Michael Lee; and his great grandchildren, Allison Cook, Madelyn Cook and Ethan Cook.
