He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lee; his sons, Dale Cook (Natalie) of Eden and Christopher Cook (Jennifer) of Charleston; his siblings, Debbie Walker of Charleston, Dinah Kaman (Tony) of Van Buren, Donald Cook (Lena) of Charleston and Terry Cook (David Sims) of Palm Springs, California; and his grandchildren, Allison Cook, Madelyn Cook and Ethan Cook.
