He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Owen and Biddie Leona Taylor Owen. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Ruth Berry Owen; his sons, David Wayne Owen (Rhonda Jo) of Jacksonville and Darren Richard Owen (Rhonda D.); and his granddaughter Kayla Nowlin (Michael). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
