She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Hobbs and Letha Hobbs (Broughton); her husband Melvin Lee Pierce, Jr.; and her sons, Kevin Lee Pierce and Ronnie Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Cummings (Laurie) of Lavaca, Robert Cummings of Charleston, Rebekah Pierce of Charleston and Jaylynn White; and her sister Betty Gregory of Fort Smith. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
