He is survived by: his children, Debbie Penix of Lavaca, Arkansas, Joe Penix of Highland, California and Tom Snyder of Portland, Oregon; his grandsons, James, Tyler, Braxton, Cory, Benjamin and Wyatt; his brother Mike Penix of Yukon; his nieces, Michele and Vikki of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his half-brothers, Ken and Gary Penix of Arkansas.
