He is survived by: his sister Barbara Gipson of Bloomer; his niece April Qualls (Keinnan) of Hindsville, Arkansas; his nephew Dusty Luckenbaugh (Melissa) of Burleson, Texas; his great-nieces, Kambryia Qualls, Kaylin Luckenbaugh and Rylee Luckenbaugh; and his great-nephew Easton Qualls.

In lieu of flowers, the Bill Luckenbaugh family asked donations be made to "Bill Luckenbaugh Funeral Expense Account" at Farmers Bank in Greenwood.
