He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Noel and Ruby Noel (Koons); his wife Louise Noel (Hartley); and his siblings, Margie Lathrum and Glen Noel.
He is survived by: his children, Billy H. Noel (Alana) of Branch and Carolyn Moffet (Marvin) of Caulksville; his grandchildren, Billy Joe Noel, Cody Carlile, Josh Noel, Chris Carlile and Chelsea Noel; and his great grandchildren, Jadyn Noel, Triston Carlile, Cooper Carlile, Coy Reames and Ellianna Carlile.
