It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna Louise Noel of Charleston, Arkansas, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Eugene Hartley and Ida Leaon Hartley (Jackson). She is survived by: her husband Billy C. Noel; her children, Carolyn Moffet (Marvin) of Caulksville and Billy H. Noel (Alana) of Branch; her sister Charlotte Loyd of Booneville; and her sister-in-law Mary Hartley of Fort Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
