He is survived by: his wife Linda Keen Winters; his children, Shannon Winters Hubanks (Keith), Casey Mac Winters and Dr. Mia Winters Meenen (Kevin); his grandchildren, Dallas Hubanks (Jenny), Kaden Meenen and Jesslyn Meenen; his great grandchildren, Quill Hubanks and Ezra Hubanks; and his sister Nancy Winters Clark (Zeryl). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
