He was predeceased by: his wife Jessie Lee Griffis Freeman; his parents, Hattie Moore Freeman and Frank Freeman; and his brother Frank Freeman. He is survived by: his sons, Harold Freeman (Mickey) and John Freeman (Becky); his sisters, Melba Parker and Kay Rowton; and his grandchildren, Dayna Freeman, Michael Freeman (Tiffany), Adam Freeman, Gentry Freeman, Ricky Naron, Cindy Seay (Eric) and Whitney Freeman.
